Surrender of certificate.—Every licensee of a village bus stand who ceases to carry on the running of a village bus stand shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Gram Panchayat in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 1 of the manner in which every muster roll held by him has been disposed of.
