Intimation of change.—Every manufacturer of voting machines shall intimate to the Chief Electoral Officer, in Form 26 and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Chief Electoral Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
