Intimation of change.—Every manufacturer of assistive devices shall intimate to the State Commissioner, in Form V and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
