Surrender of certificate.—Every manufacturer of assistive devices who ceases to carry on the manufacture of assistive devices shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Commissioner in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form III of the manner in which every register of beneficiaries held by him has been disposed of.
