Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the arbitral institution shall apply to the Chairperson of the Council in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Chairperson of the Council shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
