Surrender of certificate.—Every arbitral institution who ceases to carry on the administration of arbitrations shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chairperson of the Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every record of proceedings held by him has been disposed of.
