Intimation of change.—Every owner of land near an aerodrome shall intimate to the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security, in Form CA-2 and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
