Surrender of certificate.—Every aggregator who ceases to carry on the aggregation of transport services shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Transport Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 30 of the manner in which every goods receipt held by him has been disposed of.
