Intimation of change.—Every aggregator shall intimate to the State Transport Authority, in Form 23 and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Transport Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
