Intimation of change.—Every moneylender shall intimate to the Registrar of Moneylenders, in Form H and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of Moneylenders shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
