Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the lessee shall apply to the Government of Goa in Form J for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Government of Goa shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
