Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any owner of a tractor plying for hire dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Zila Parishad in Form 6, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every muster roll then held; and the Zila Parishad shall enter the intimation in the register within fifteen days of its receipt.
