Intimation of change.—Every owner of a tractor plying for hire shall intimate to the Zila Parishad, in Form 7 and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Zila Parishad shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty rupees.
