Surrender of certificate.—Every organiser of a public assembly who ceases to carry on the holding of a public assembly shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every register held by him has been disposed of.
