Intimation of change.—Every organiser of a public assembly shall intimate to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, in Form VIII and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
