Application for registration.—Every person discharging effluent into a stream carrying on the discharge of effluent into a stream shall make an application for registration to the Ground Water Authority in Form B, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every water course held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
