Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the person discharging effluent into a stream shall apply to the Ground Water Authority in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Ground Water Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
