Intimation of change.—Every person discharging effluent into a stream shall intimate to the Ground Water Authority, in Form A and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Ground Water Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
