Intimation of change.—Every registered user shall intimate to the Registrar of Geographical Indications, in Form 2 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of Geographical Indications shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand six hundred rupees.
