Application for registration.—Every curator of a museum carrying on the management of a museum shall make an application for registration to the Competent Authority in Form VII, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every art treasure held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
