Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Bombay Industrial Relations Act, 1946 (Maharashtra Act 11 of 1946); (b) "workman" means a person carrying on employment in an industry; (c) "standing order" means a standing order received, held or disposed of by a workman in the course of employment in an industry; (d) "Form III" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
