Maintenance of premises.—Every generating company shall keep the premises where the generation of electricity is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every energy bill kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the generation of electricity, and shall furnish to the Chief Electrical Inspector in Form VII, within sixty days of the commencement of these bye-laws, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
