Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these bye-laws shall be kept at the office of the Chief Electrical Inspector in the custody of the Deputy Chief Electrical Inspector, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Chief Electrical Inspector; and where the Deputy Chief Electrical Inspector having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form VI within forty-five days of the succession.
