Surrender of certificate.—Every generating company who ceases to carry on the generation of electricity shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chief Electrical Inspector in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every meter held by him has been disposed of.
