Appeal.—An appeal against an order made under these bye-laws shall be preferred by the generating company aggrieved by it in Form IV within one hundred and twenty days of the communication of the order, and shall be accompanied by a certified copy of the order appealed against, a statement of the grounds of appeal and a fee of fifty thousand rupees; and an appeal preferred after that period shall be accompanied by a statement of the reasons for the delay.
