Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the employer of building workers shall apply to the Labour Court in Form VII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Labour Court shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
