Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the air traffic controller shall apply to the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau in Form CA-7 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
