Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a pilgrim lodge shall apply to the Commissioner of Endowments in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Commissioner of Endowments shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
