Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a pilgrim lodge who ceases to carry on the running of a pilgrim lodge shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Commissioner of Endowments in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every register of trusts held by him has been disposed of.
