Periodical returns.—Every holder of an advance authorisation shall furnish to the Authorised Officer, within one hundred and eighty days of the close of each year, a return in Form SEZ-1 of the import of inputs under an advance authorisation carried on during that year, and a nil return where no such activity was carried on.
