Application for registration.—Every conductor of a stage carriage carrying on service as a conductor shall make an application for registration to the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal in Form 30, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every register of vehicles held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
