Rule 2, Maharashtra Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Forms) Rules, 2010 [S6S-8KD]

Definitions.—In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957); (b) "co-operative housing society" means a person carrying on the management of a co-operative housing society; (c) "agreement for sale" means a agreement for sale received, held or disposed of by a co-operative housing society in the course of the management of a co-operative housing society; (d) "Form D" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
