Definitions.—In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Commission" means the Bihar Public Service Commission; (b) "Government" means the Government of Bihar; (c) "said post" means the post of Joint Registrar Of The Council in the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Bihar; and (d) "Service" means the Bihar Civil Service.
