Surrender of certificate.—Every co-operative housing society who ceases to carry on the management of a co-operative housing society shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Competent Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every apartment held by him has been disposed of.
