Intimation of change.—Every lessee shall intimate to the Custodian of Enemy Property, in Form 2 and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Custodian of Enemy Property shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
