Surrender of certificate.—Every proprietor who ceases to carry on the use of a registered mark shall, within three hundred and sixty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Copyrights in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 3 of the manner in which every licence held by him has been disposed of.
