Application for registration.—Every carrier carrying on the carriage of goods shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Firms in Form H, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every register of contracts held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
