Surrender of certificate.—Every sports goods manufacturer who ceases to carry on the manufacture of sports goods shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every competition held by him has been disposed of.
