Application for registration.—Every sports goods manufacturer carrying on the manufacture of sports goods shall make an application for registration to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel in Form H, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every federation held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
