Application for registration.—Every scholarship disbursing institution carrying on the disbursement of scholarships shall make an application for registration to the Commission in Form VI, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
