Correction of entries.—The State Commissioner may, on an application made in Form VI by any service provider to persons with disabilities or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than ninety days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
