Intimation of change.—Every keeper of a public building shall intimate to the Nodal Authority, in Form E and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Nodal Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
