Surrender of certificate.—Every holder of a mining lease who ceases to carry on mining operations shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director of Mines and Geology in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every royalty receipt held by him has been disposed of.
