Application for registration.—Every operator of a sewage treatment plant carrying on the treatment of sewage shall make an application for registration to the Irrigation Authority in Form G, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every tube well held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
