Intimation of change.—Every owner of a container freight station shall intimate to the Authority for Advance Ruling, in Form GST DRC-03 and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Authority for Advance Ruling shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
