Manner of service of orders.—An order or notice under these rules shall be served on the owner of a container freight station to whom it is addressed by delivering it to him personally, by registered post with acknowledgement due at the address specified in Form GST APL-01, or by electronic mail at the address furnished by him; and the Authority for Advance Ruling shall record the manner and the date of service within one hundred and eighty days of the service.
