Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any owner of land adjoining a railway dies, his legal representative shall, within ten days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Gujarat in Form A, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every parcel then held; and the Government of Gujarat shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
