Surrender of certificate.—Every seller who ceases to carry on the sale of food shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registering Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every ration card held by him has been disposed of.
