Application for registration.—Every railway servant carrying on service on a railway shall make an application for registration to the Government of Kerala in Form A, within ten days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every wagon held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ten days from that date.
