Application for registration.—Every owner of land adjoining a railway carrying on the use of land adjoining a railway shall make an application for registration to the Railway Claims Tribunal in Form G, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every wagon held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
